The purpose of the chamber is to promote cultural, business and economic relations between the Czech Republic and the Sultanate of Oman, to defend the interests of the Czech economy in Oman, Oman business interests in the Czech Republic and to promote the interests of the members of the chamber. These objectives and interests also include professional training and skill improvement, fairs and exhibitions organizing, creating a beneficial business and cultural environment and tourism promotion.

The chamber will fulfil its objectives, especially through the following activities:

• A realization of events such as press conferences, information seminars, symposiums, exhibitions, discussions and participation in such events, if they are in accordance with the purpose of the statutes
• A mediation, maintenance and further development of business contacts between enterprises of both countries
• Establishing and maintaining business contacts between both countries
• Defending the economic interests of the business participants at the level of Czech and the Omani governments, public and private law corporations and authorities
• Collecting and providing information on the economic situation in the Czech Republic and Oman, on the status and development of economic and business policy issues through publications (newsletters, annual reports, notices and other publications)
• Providing information and consulting, especially opinions, market studies and report documents
• Providing information on sales, purchase and investment possibilities in both countries
• Mediation in the disputes between the parties to the bilateral economic relations
• Any other further action that serves the purpose of the statutes described in paragraph No. 1 and is in accordance with the law

The chamber realises its activities in close cooperation and mutual trust with all institutions and agencies of both countries which are relevant to such cooperation
